For the first time in France, an exhibition is dedicated to Japanese bamboo basketry whose history dates back to the 18th century when tea ceremony art arrived from China. Featuring 180 ancient and contemorary works, it shows how it evolved from craft to art over the century and presents masterpieces by some of the best living artists.
